Berry Protein Smoothie

2 cups frozen berries (we love raspberries and blueberries in particular)
1/2 cup whole-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons pumpkin seed protein powder
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons golden flaxseeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 ounces coconut water (or whatever milk you choose)


  1. Throw it all into the blender and blend it up.
  2. This makes 3 good-sized servings of smoothie, with enough left over to make popsicles for the kiddo the next day.
