    I’ve been meaning to ask you…did you go to the GIG GF Food Fair in March? Just wondering how it was. Our big food fair is the end of April in Long Island. The Suffolk County support group that is putting it on is affiliated with GIG too.

    I lived out in teh Four Corners area for a while — and they would get the nuts right off the tree, rinse them, then put a little salt water on — and bake them. We’d eat them right out of the shells and get dark stained fingers for days. Best rendition of butter and bacon in a shell ever.…
